Unless otherwise specified by client preference, the groomer will choose a shampoo and conditioner combination best suited to the needs of the dog and its coat.  We carry a wide variety of shampoo products formulated with natural ingredients and the highest quality standards.


Relaxation and Stress Reduction Options:

Hydro-massage Bath
A few extra minutes with the warm pulsating water directed at muscle groups and along calming areas to help your pet relax.  (time will vary due to size of dog and owner preference)

Paw Soak and Foot Rub
The special paw soak refresher made by Tropiclean SPA, followed by gentle rubbing of the feet and toes.

Extra Relaxations
A gentle ten-minute rubdown after the groom to start working out the tension that can build up.

Stress Reduction Session
Available by appointment only.  For maximum effect, this has to be done after hours so there are no interruptions.  Most pets will respond best with a session time of 30-45 minutes.  This can be helpful for hyper dogs, newly adopted dogs, and dogs that have separation anxiety.  I cannot do this for dogs that are sick or under veterinary treatment, unless the vet will send instructions with the dog specifying safe parameters for the session.  The mildest massage strokes are applied gently in a combination that your pet finds most soothing, and you will receive a written report on how things went.
